Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability and dividend policy on stock prices of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 until 2020. This study uses quantitative financial ratios with a descriptive approach as the type of data and documentation method uses the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling, which comes with 16 research samples, was used for the sampling technique. The scientific strategy utilized in this study are descriptive measurements and panel data regression assessment technique with assistance of Eviews 12 Student version application on PC. The result of this research showed that Capital structure, profitability and dividend policy simultaneously has a significant effect on stock price. Capital structure proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio partially has a significant negative effect on stock price, Profitability that proxied by Return On Assets partially has no significant effect on stock price and dividend policy partially has no significant effect on stock price.
